2025 Artist Enrichment Grant | (Louisville) $5,000 to create the artwork for a nonfiction graphic novel about women artists exploring themes of freedom, feminism, and the tensions between the labor of art-making and the labors of motherhood. The project will develop her skills as an experimental visual storyteller and memoir/art history writer. The work will raise awareness about the difficult economics of motherhood, sexism in the art world, and the seemingly contradictory demands of creativity and domestic care for women artists.
