(Maysville): $5,165 to finish a manuscript (poems, personal essays) based on life experiences and the struggles faced while living as a Black woman in America and to start a YouTube channel to host talks with various women from Kentucky and beyond. Completing the project will enhance her writing and speaking skills and create an online platform that will motivate and empower other women to share their stories.
