2023 Art Meets Activism | (Whitesburg) $5,000 to collaborate on a reading series of Kentucky women authors, each featuring a free workshop and a public reading/discussion. These events will showcase the writing being done by Kentucky women and will give local, rural artists and community members the chance to learn from and build relationships with a broader network of artists throughout Kentucky.

2022 Art Meets Activism Grant | (Whitesburg) $9,900 to certify Roadside Theater staff members to teach Mental Health First Aid and Consent-Forward Artist practices. This will enable Roadside staff to reimagine their operations and also offer support to local groups seeking to learn about and reshape gender power dynamics.
