KFW will offer participatory workshops in three different locations around the state. Workshops include networking time, a discussion on feminist art for social change, an overview of KFW opportunities, and a detailed look at the grant application process. This is also a great opportunity to learn about our one-time Advancing Democracy, Building Power grant and the 2019 Summer Residency Program with writer-in-residence Savannah Sipple. Dates, times, and locations for the three workshops are:
- Grayson on Saturday, January 26 from 12:30 to 3:30 pm at the Carter County Public Library, 116 W Main St, Grayson, KY 41143.
- Louisville on Monday, January 28 from 5:30 to 8:30 pm at the Louisville Free Public Library, 301 York St, Louisville, KY 40203.
- Bowling Green on Saturday, February 2 from 1:00 to 4:00 pm at the Warren County Public Library, 1225 State St, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
Snacks or light meal will be provided. To RSVP, please contact Jenrose Fitzgerald, Grant Program Manager, at jenrose@kfw.org or sign up on our Facebook page.
