(Louisville): $1,200 to travel the Appalachian trail, to create and publish a book of poems on the humanistic nature of how trees communicate. The book will include photos representing change, growth, community, and perseverance that is a correlation of femininity and nature. This grant will allow for the development of her skills in multimedia art.
